iManage Implementation Partner Cloud Onboarding Certification

iManage Partners provide sophisticated professional services and systems integration for customers leading complex iManage implementation projects and data migrations.

The iManage Implementation Partner Cloud Onboarding Certification program consists of 3 certification courses, each targeted at a different iManage Partner persona to upskill: Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Technical Specialists.

I worked on all three certifications from the needs analysis phase, through design and development to delivery. This involved extensive collaboration with SMEs and project stakeholders, including the Curriculum Development team, Technical Engineers, Professional Services, Product, User Experience, and Customer Success. It was the first iteration of our partner certification program.

With the dawn of AI, shifts in content development, and taking in continuous feedback from partners, the course looks very different today (and is the property of iManage).
